1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by TAAKE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

TAAKE provides IT consulting, software development, cloud migration, digital marketing, and related services. The specific terms of any engagement will be detailed in a separate Statement of Work or service agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and materials produced by TAAKE remain the intellectual property of TAAKE until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

TAAKE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
